Welcome to St Bernard's Catholic Grammar School External and Internal Admissions online applications to the Sixth Form
for entry to Year 12 in September 2020

EXTERNAL APPLICATIONS:

To apply for entry to the Sixth Form at St Bernard's Grammar School you must complete an online Sixth Form Application Form. As part of the application process your current school will be asked to complete and return to us a completed 'Statement of Predicted Grades'.

Important
Before completing the online application form please read the following information carefully.
As you will need to complete the form in one session, please read it all before starting and ensure you have all the required information ready.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (available from the link at the bottom of this page) and a printer.

Please follow these three steps:

Step 1 - Go to the 'Sixth Form Online Application Form for external candidates' using the link below.

Step 2 - Complete the form following the on-screen instructions. When you have finished, click the check box to confirm your agreement with the Declaration Statement and then select the option to create a printable version of your application. At this point, you will be prompted to complete any data that is incorrect or has been omitted.

Step 3 - Once the form has been completed successfully, a printable version of your application will be created. Please be aware that this will be in Adobe pdf format and will take a few moments to generate, particularly if you do not have a broadband connection. At this stage your application will be electronically submitted to St Bernard's Grammar School.

When the on-screen version of your form appears, select the print option to generate your hard copy. Please save a copy of the form on your computer in case of any later query.

Please note that applications to St Bernard's Sixth Form for external applicants will close at 3.30pm on Friday 31 January 2020.

INTERNAL CANDIDATES (from current Year 11 students at St Bernard's Grammar School)

To apply for entry to the Sixth Form at St Bernard's Grammar School you must complete an online Sixth Form Admissions Form. Once completed the form must be printed, signed by subject teachers and returned to Mrs Parker, Office Manager by 3.30pm on Friday 31 January 2020.

When you have printed the form you should take it to the relevant subject teachers for them to sign.

This printed copy with the subject teachers' signatures must be returned to the Office Manager, by 3.30pm on Friday 31 January 2020.
